Small batch ordering allows us to keep it fresh, and control costs. As a very small coffee startup, we’re all about growing a small local following in Southeast Texas. There may be a time when an online store will work great for us, but for now person to person ordering is the way to go.
Every couple of weeks (usually right at two weeks) there will be a preorder posted on Facebook. Weekends are for roasting, and then local delivery or pickup will begin early Monday and Tuesday. You’re getting coffee that has rested and will hit peak goodness over the next week or so!
Lumberton & Beaumont is close enough that we deliver ourselves! You can also swing by our home roastery in Beaumont to pickup any coffee you order, so there is no shipping cost. If you live outside of the Southeast Texas area, and you want to try a bag of Blue Wilds, we’ll happily ship it your way. Even with the journey it’s still going to be only a few days off the roaster, hitting its’ freshness stride!

Not yet! In all honesty, the benefit you get from speciality, local coffee is taken down quite a bit when you buy your coffee pre-ground. Coffee begins to oxidize and lose aroma within minutes of grinding. We get that not everyone wants the extra step of grinding, but the improvement in quality, and longevity of the coffee is enormous. If you’re looking for a grinder we’re happy to help with a few recommendations!
Yes! If you want to be put on a regular purchase option when we roast, send a message and we will set it up!
Our free delivery area is North Beaumont and Lumberton TX. Kyle is also happy to meet up in these areas to make a delivery happen. You may also pickup at our home roastery in Beaumont.
Bags are sold in 12oz whole bean quantities.Each bag ranges from $15-18 depending on the coffee. Shipping is $7 per order outside of our delivery and pickup area.

Who Are We?
There is no question about it. Starting a coffee business from scratch is a daunting prospect. Coffee is a low margin business in a world where costs are constantly rising. By starting small…like really small. We’re able to control costs, stay out of debt, and build an organic following. If the “problem” of growing forces expansion of equipment, people, and location we’ll embrace it all the way! Kyle has been roasting coffee from home for the better part of ten years. It’s always been a joy to nerd out on all things coffee. Careful. If you get him talking about coffee you might get stuck with him talking too much! Kyle started Blue Wilds Coffee in our built-out garage to bring fresh roasted, high-quality coffee to Beaumont, Lumberton and all of Southeast Texas.
